
Jason Moulton
Leading the winemaking team is Jason Moulton, who joined as winemaker in 2016 and was promoted to Director of Winemaking and Viticulture in 2022. A graduate of Lincoln University's Viticulture and Enology program in New Zealand, Jason has over a dozen years of winemaking experience in regions including Napa Valley, Russian River, Canada, New Zealand, Bordeaux, and South Africa. He has worked with renowned winemakers such as Philippe Melka and David Ramey. Jason brings a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of sustainable winemaking to Whitehall Lane.
