Shipping Policy

Your order is processed 2 business days after submitting your order. Deliveries typically arrive between 3-7 business days after processing depending on the destination zip code. Delivery times to TX and MI take up to 15 business days.

Prices of our wines do not include shipping charges. Shipping is calculated by number of bottles and number of shipments purchased. Prepaid subscriptions will be charged for shipping upfront.

Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs. If buyer asks seller to arrange shipping on its behalf, then the appropriate shipping charges will appear in the shopping cart during checkout. If buyer selects an expedited delivery option, the extra charge will be applied to the initial shipment only.

If buyer asks seller to arrange shipping on its behalf, then buyer is responsible for providing a current, shippable, physical delivery address. Seller cannot arrange shipments for buyer that ship to AL, AR, DE, MI, MS, SD, UT, P.O. Boxes, military APOs/FPOs/DPOs/MPOs or international addresses.

Reminder that someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package. In the event a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or after the delivery attempt by the carrier, seller reserves the right to charge the applicable carrier fee for rerouting to an alternative address or reshipping to the same address.

Using a business address for deliveries is advised.

If a shipment is returned to seller’s facility, seller will not reship until the recipient or buyer provides a deliverable address. Reships may incur a $40, up to $80, reship fee.

In the event that a shipment is returned to seller’s facility, but the recipient or buyer does not want to reship the package(s), then seller will apply a restocking fee equivalent to the original shipping charge.

If a shipment is successfully delivered to the address that has been provided but is not valid for the recipient, seller reserves the right to charge the full amount for a replacement shipment.

Seller reserves the right to delay shipping in the event of adverse weather conditions.

Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Gold Medal Wine Group, LLC to the purchaser in the State of California and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from California to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, Gold Medal Wine Group, LLC is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from Gold Medal Wine Group, LLC, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine.

The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
