Depending on where the shipping address is located in the United States, new wine club, wine store and wine gift orders typically ship two business days after your order is received.   

For deliveries to IL, Iowa, MD, MI and OK delivery times
take up to 15 business days.

If you choose to expedite a shipment by using air delivery, these orders ship one business day after your order is received. Please note that in order to protect the wine, we may delay a shipment in response to extreme weather conditions.

You will receive a tracking notification via email once the wine club delivery is en route with the local carrier in your area. Please remember an adult signature is required for delivery.

It is required by law that someone over the age of 21 sign to receive the wine, since wine is a controlled alcoholic beverage. Returned packages will incur a $40 to $80 reship fee depending on shipment size. We recommend a business address for deliveries. Call The California Wine Club's Personal Wine Consultants at 1-800-777-4443 and ask about other alternatives for delivery.

The carriers will make at least two attempts to deliver a wine package.  If no one is home to sign for the package, the carrier will leave a note on the door with further instructions to receive the package.  Carriers impose fees for address changes, redirects and reships. Fees range from $18 to $80 depending on pack size.  We recommend using a business address for wine shipments and ask that you contact us anytime to hold or reschedule a delivery for you.

Individuals can cancel their memberships with The California Wine Club at any time with no hidden fees or charges. Simply log in to your account to make the change. You may also call us, or send us an email to info@cawineclub.com. To cancel via the website, just log on to the My Account page and click "Make Changes to My Existing Membership".

Wine Club Membership

Each month The California Wine Club features different artisan wineries and hand-selects their best wines for our wine club members. These wines, along with tasting notes and pairing suggestions, are then shipped to wine club members all across the country. You may choose to join as a wine club member for yourself, or you may send a wine club gift membership to someone else.

If you are subscribing to The California Wine Club for yourself, you'll be billed automatically right before we ship your wines to you.  If you choose to receive your wines every other month or quarterly, you will only be billed during the months you are scheduled to receive your wine club delivery. If you are sending a wine club gift, you'll be billed up front for the total number of gift shipments you wish to give.

Absolutely, just let us know and we can send you red only, white only, 3 bottles or 4! We will customize your wine club membership to fit your needs.

The California Wine Club offers a variety of wines, and price points, to fit nearly every taste and budget. The wines are then featured in one of our wine club levels featuring handcrafted wines from California.

Although wine tastes vary from person to person, we stand behind our selections with our wine club's Love It Guarantee. If you get a bad, broken or disliked wine, we will immediately reship a replacement. Our Love It Guarantee will be honored when the wine has been stored and consumed within winemaker recommendations.
