Thurlow Cellars' winemaking is led by Kevin Morrisey, who has overseen production since the winery's inception in 2016. Morrisey employs modern, cutting-edge equipment to craft non-interventionist wines that are naturally fermented and bottled un-fined and unfiltered.

Before joining Thurlow Cellars, Morrisey honed his skills at esteemed wineries such as Ehlers Estate, Stags Leap, and even the renowned Petrus. His extensive experience is reflected in the high-quality wines produced at Thurlow Cellars.
