Owner and winemaker of Mastro Scheidt Family Cellars, is a self-taught vintner with a passion for crafting exceptional wines. Drawing inspiration from his diverse heritage—Italian on his mother's side and Prussian on his father's—Scheidt founded the winery in 2007, naming it in honor of his ancestors. His approach to winemaking emphasizes quality and authenticity, focusing on varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese sourced from esteemed Sonoma County vineyards.
