Pat Ferguson

Co-founder and vintner at Ferguson Crest, brings a lifelong passion for horticulture to the art of winemaking. His expertise in cultivating plants and deep appreciation for the land have been instrumental in developing the winery's distinctive varietals. Collaborating closely with his daughter Fergie, Pat combines traditional techniques with innovative practices to produce wines that capture the essence of the Santa Ynez Valley. His hands-on approach ensures meticulous attention to detail, from vine to bottle, resulting in limited-production wines celebrated for their quality and character.​

The Central Coast wine region of California spans from Monterey to Santa Barbara, offering a diverse and world-renowned viticultural landscape. Its Mediterranean climate, influenced by cool Pacific Ocean breezes, creates ideal conditions for growing a wide range of grapes.
