Zachary Raines

The esteemed winemaker at Dubost Winery, brings a rich tapestry of experience and passion to his craft. Raised in the York Mountain area of Templeton, California, Zachary's early immersion in viticulture began with his family's vineyard, where he cultivated a deep appreciation for the nuances of grape growing and winemaking. His professional journey includes formative years at Wild Horse Winery under the mentorship of renowned winemaker Kenny Volk, followed by significant roles at Adelaida Cellars, where he honed his skills working with some of Paso Robles' most esteemed vineyards. In 2010, Zachary assumed the role of head winemaker at Dubost Winery, following the untimely passing of his brother, Jacob.
