The esteemed winemaker at Brick Barn Wine Estate, brings a rich heritage and global perspective to his craft. Hailing from Moldova, a country renowned for its deep-rooted winemaking traditions, Adrian's passion was ignited early on as he worked alongside his family in their vineyard. Pursuing formal education in enology at the Polytechnical University of Moldova, he honed his technical skills before seeking international experience. In 2011, Adrian immersed himself in New World winemaking practices, eventually joining Brick Barn Wine Estate in 2019. His philosophy centers on minimal intervention, allowing the vineyard's unique terroir to dictate the wine's character.
