Tasting Notes: The 2015 V, Cabernet Sauvignon shows a gorgeous mix of fresh and aged aromas, with a nose of fresh blueberries and dried cherries, flint and saddle leather, and hint of pipe smoke. In the mouth, the wine has a bright and brilliant core of black currant and fresh black plum, surrounded by mouth-coating, age-softened tannins and lingering hints of barrel spice through the tremendous, sustained finish.
