Refund Policy
If a shipment is damaged in transit we will replace the product at no additional charge. If the wine is corked from the winery, we will replace the bottle at no charge, as long as the wine has been stored according to winemaker recommendations and has not been held past its recommended hold time.
Due to alcohol shipping laws, we are unable to accept returns.
Due to the limited time frame that delivery companies retain shipment tracking information, we do not offer reimbursements, reshipments, or replacements for delivery issues that are older than 120 days.
