Andrew Gerow, Co-Founder & General Manager: Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Andrew combines his passion for art and science in winemaking. With experience across vineyards, wineries, and tasting rooms, he oversees operations at Tirriddis.

Gabriel Crowell, Co-Founder & Director of Winemaking: Gabriel's interest in wine began at 15 in Cyprus. Holding a WSET Level 3 certification, he focuses on the technical challenges of producing traditional method sparkling wines.

Matthew Doutney, Co-Founder & Director of Hospitality: Hailing from Long Island, New York, Matthew emphasizes creating authentic expressions of terroir through single vineyard wines, enhancing the winery's hospitality experience.
