Gabriel Crowell, Co-Founder & Director of Winemaking: Gabriel's interest in wine began at 15 in Cyprus. Holding a WSET Level 3 certification, he focuses on the technical challenges of producing traditional method sparkling wines.

Matthew Doutney, Co-Founder & Director of Hospitality: Hailing from Long Island, New York, Matthew emphasizes creating authentic expressions of terroir through single vineyard wines, enhancing the winery's hospitality experience.
