Derek Holstein

In 1987, he transitioned to Lake County, working for over a decade at Guenoc Winery, where his winemaking earned numerous accolades. In 2006, he launched his own consulting company, with clients including Beckstoffer Vineyards and Cache Creek Vineyards & Winery.
