Bree, a Master of Wine, has a global background in sommelier roles, sales, and wine education, focusing on sustainability and Iberian varieties. Chad, an enologist with a top-ranked degree from CSU Fresno, honed his skills at Rudd Winery and Antica Terra before founding Minimus. Together, they lead Constant Crush, specializing in minimal intervention winemaking, vineyard consulting, and innovative wine styles. Their work, rooted in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, pushes boundaries in Oregon’s natural wine movement.

The Eola-Amity Hills AVA in Oregon's Willamette Valley is known for its cool-climate wines, shaped by the Van Duzer Corridor's cooling winds, which slow ripening and enhance acidity. The region’s volcanic and marine sedimentary soils, along with elevations between 250 to 1,000 feet, create ideal conditions for Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay, and other expressive varietals. With a focus on sustainability and minimal intervention winemaking, Eola-Amity Hills produces wines with structure, elegance, and a distinct sense of place.
