What makes these wines different?
Even in Napa the majority of wine is made for immediate consumption. That means high-intervention winemaking, high alcohol and ripe fruit to tame Cabernet's tannic nature. These wines are crafted the traditional way, allowing time to soften the tannins and the wines to develop complexity. We can't wait for you to discover the difference!
