WildEye Winery, established in 2009 by Michael "Mike" Berntsen, is a boutique winery located in San Juan Bautista, California. Unlike traditional wineries with estate vineyards, WildEye adopts a flexible approach by sourcing premium grapes from various esteemed vineyards across California, including regions like Cienega Valley, Santa Lucia Highlands, Gilroy, and Lodi. This strategy allows the winery to craft a diverse portfolio of wines, each reflecting the unique terroir of its origin. WildEye Winery is dedicated to producing exclusive wines from selected California vineyards. The winery's philosophy emphasizes minimal intervention, aiming to showcase the natural characteristics of the fruit.
