Stardust Cellars is North Carolina's first biodynamic winery, located in North Wilkesboro. Their offerings include a range of wines such as the 2018 Corazon del Castillo Reserva, a blend of Syrah, Tempranillo, Grenache, and Carignan, and the 2021 Chardonnay, which features a harmonious blend of light toasted oak and fruit flavors. In addition to wines, they produce meads like the Ancestral Mead, made using the over-wintering method ancestrale technique with local raw honey.
