Spearhead Winery is situated on the benchlands of Southeast Kelowna, British Columbia. The winery emphasizes producing premium quality wines from grapes grown on their estate vineyard and selected Okanagan Valley vineyards. Grapes are hand-harvested, sorted at the winery, and fermented in small lots. The estate vineyard primarily cultivates Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Riesling, with approximately 80% of the 15 acres dedicated to various Pinot Noir clones, including Dijon, California heritage, and Pommard. This diverse planting allows the winemaker to select from different characteristics to create a harmonious and complex Pinot Noir. The winery also sources grapes from other vineyards in the Okanagan, such as Golden Retreat in Summerland and Coyote Vineyard in West Kelowna .
