The estate spans a hillside vineyard replanted with a Cabernet Sauvignon clone renowned among the region's top wineries. The Sabins designed their residence with the winery as its foundation, facilitating hands-on, artisanal winemaking. Surrounding the property are vineyards and historic Spanish Mission olive trees dating back to the 1800s, originally lining the route to the Bale Grist Mill. The winery is named in honor of David's mother, Sabina Sabin, reflecting the family's deep-rooted commitment to legacy and tradition.
