Roblar offers a diverse portfolio of wines, including Bordeaux varietals like Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, as well as Sangiovese, Syrah, Grenache, and Graciano. Additionally, the winery sources premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from the renowned Sta. Rita Hills AVA, celebrated for its exceptional cool-climate varietals. Complementing its wine offerings, Roblar features a farm-to-table culinary program that utilizes fresh produce harvested daily from its adjacent organic farm. The 5,000-square-foot tasting room, complete with an indoor-outdoor stone fireplace, provides a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to savor wine and food pairings.
