Revolve Wine is a boutique winery located in Santa Rosa, California, specializing in artisanal, small-batch wines that reflect the unique terroir of renowned Californian regions. Established by two friends in 2008, Revolve Wine has grown from a shared passion into a dedicated pursuit of winemaking excellence. The winery emphasizes minimal intervention techniques, utilizing minimal equipment and mechanization to maintain an intimate connection with their product. Fermentation occurs directly in medium-toasted French Oak barrels, employing whole berry fermentation and gentle crushing methods. This process involves hand-rotating each barrel multiple times daily during fermentation to ensure optimal flavor extraction and development. Revolve Wine sources its grapes from esteemed vineyards within the Rutherford AVA in Napa Valley and the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County, crafting varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Pinot Noir, and Rosé. Each wine is a testament to the winery's commitment to showcasing the distinct characteristics of the soil, climate, and season, resulting in wines that are both expressive and reflective of their origins.
