Their portfolio includes varietals such as Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache Blanc, and Rosé of Cinsault, each reflecting the unique characteristics of their respective vineyards. Notably, Onesta sources fruit from the historic Bechthold Vineyard in Lodi, home to 25 acres of Cinsault planted in 1886—the oldest Cinsault vineyard in the world. These ancient, head-trained, dry-farmed vines produce wines of remarkable concentration and complexity.
