S by Signorello Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley CA 2019

This signature Cabernet reflects the rebirth of the Signorello estate after the 2017 Atlas Peak fire destroyed the winery. This bottling marries mountain fruit from Howell Mountain with two exceptional sites in Rutherford and St Helena. A fitting tribute to the determination of the Signorello family and the talents of the winemaking team, led by Priyanka French with Steve Matthiasson acting as viticulturist.  

Tasting Notes: Inky and inviting, with black cherry, blackberry and cassis layered over graphite, lavender and cocoa. Notes of cedar, tobacco and dried herb emerge. Plush yet focused palate, fine-grained tannins and a long, velvety finish accented by mocha and baking spice.

Final Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot
