Midnight Cellars is a family-owned winery situated in the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles, California. Established in 1995, the winery spans a 160-acre estate planted with Bordeaux varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec, as well as Rhône varieties including Syrah, Grenache, and Viognier .
The winery produces a range of wines, from bold reds to crisp whites, showcasing the unique terroir of the region. Their flagship wine, the Full Moon Red Blend, is a blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Zinfandel, offering flavors of ripe berries and a smooth finish .
