The company has remained under family ownership for six generations, with Albéric Bichot currently at the helm. Maison Albert Bichot owns 106 hectares of certified organic vineyards across six prestigious estates, including Domaine du Pavillon in Pommard, Domaine du Clos Frantin in Nuits-Saint-Georges, and Domaine Long-Depaquit in Chablis. The winery produces wines from all major Burgundy appellations, encompassing both estate-grown and négociant offerings .
