Frisson Wines

Frisson Wine Vineyard in Napa Valley

Frisson Wines is a boutique winery that sources grapes from premium vineyards in Napa Valley and select sites in Sonoma County. The name "Frisson" is a French term meaning a moment of intense excitement or thrill, reflecting the winery's philosophy and the founders' journey into winemaking.

Frisson Wine Bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon

The winery was established by Terry and Pam Davis, who, after years of appreciating fine food and wine, decided to venture into winemaking. Their inaugural vintage was in 2009, using Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Diamond Mountain. Over the years, Frisson has focused on producing wines that exemplify the energy of the New World, honed with the sophistication of the Old World approach.

Frisson Wines continues to produce around 900 cases annually, with a portion of their proceeds donated to support cystic fibrosis research. Their wines have garnered recognition in various competitions, including the San Francisco Chronicle and the Houston Rodeo competitions.
