Ehret Winery, nestled within the expansive 1,800-acre Bavarian Lion Vineyards in Knights Valley, Sonoma County, stands as a testament to the Ehret family's dedication to viticulture. Since 1996, the estate has been cultivating premium Bordeaux varietals, initially supplying esteemed Napa and Sonoma wineries. In 2005, the Ehrets began crafting wines under their own label, emphasizing the unique terroir of Knights Valley. The vineyards benefit from the region's warm climate and volcanic soils, ideal for producing exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and other Bordeaux reds.
