Dragonette Cellars is a family-owned winery located in the Central Coast of California, specializing in exceptional Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Syrah. Founded in 2005 by brothers John and Steve Dragonette, along with close friend Brandon Sparks-Gillis, the trio's shared passion for great wine led them to the wild, windy, and remote northern Santa Barbara County. Here, they dedicated themselves to careful, patient, minimalist winemaking, seeking out extraordinary cool-climate vineyards. As vignerons, they are committed to mindful farming of precise blocks in exceptional vineyards, aiming for low yields and high quality. Their approach results in wines of purity, complexity, and balance. Dragonette Cellars sources fruit from renowned vineyards such as Fiddlestix, Radian, and Bentrock, focusing on the cool southwest corridor of the Sta. Rita Hills AVA. ā€‹
