Chiron Wines is a boutique winery in Napa Valley, co-founded by Mark McCoy and winemaker Bobby Moy in 2015. The name "Chiron" is inspired by the Greek centaur known for his wisdom and healing, symbolizing the winery's dedication to harmonizing nature and culture in their winemaking process. 

The winery specializes in limited-production, single-varietal, and vineyard-designate wines, emphasizing minimal intervention to authentically express each vineyard's unique terroir. Their portfolio includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, sourced from esteemed vineyards across California.
