Château Franc Lartigue
Château Franc Lartigue is a distinguished wine estate located in the renowned Saint-Émilion appellation of Bordeaux, France. The vineyard spans several hectares, with vines averaging 47 years in age, contributing to the depth and complexity of its wines. The estate primarily cultivates Merlot (70%), complemented by Cabernet Franc (15%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (15%), reflecting the traditional varietal composition of the region. Harvesting is conducted mechanically, ensuring optimal timing and efficiency. Post-harvest, the wines undergo aging in barrels that have been used once or more, imparting subtle oak nuances without overpowering the fruit characteristics. Annually, Château Franc Lartigue produces approximately 40,000 bottles, equivalent to 40 hectoliters, with distribution across France, Germany, Belgium, the United States, and Japan.
