2011 Bravante Vineyards Estate Reserve Red, Howell Mtn, Napa Vly

Tasting Notes: The Estate Reserve shows maturity and is ready to enjoy. The color out of the bottle is deep brick red and still shows nice weight in the glass. On the nose, it is rich with dried fruit and cherry notes. The palate is plum and an echo of the cherry, followed by nutty hints of almond, tobacco leaf, and an herbal note, similar to sage. Tannins are soft and well-integrated, and the wine is balanced by great acidity for a library wine. Enjoy now with minimal decant.

Final Blend: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc
