2020 La Spinosa Italy Chianti DOCG

Tasting Notes: Garnet red in color with vermilion reflections. The aromas are spicy with hints of Parma violets and ripe red berries. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, tannic, and dry.

Final Blend: 85% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo, 5% Colorino

Pair With: First-courses, grilled red meat, long-cooked dishes such as braised and stewed meat, or medium-aged cheese
