Parador Cellars is a boutique winery in Napa Valley, founded by Steve Ventrello in the early 2000s. Inspired by his travels to Spain's Ribera del Duero and Rioja regions, Ventrello aimed to introduce Tempranillo to Napa Valley. He imported Tempranillo budwood from Spain and collaborated with Rancho Chimiles Vineyard to cultivate this varietal .
The winery sources grapes from esteemed vineyards such as Hossfeld and Stagecoach. Parador's portfolio includes the Napa Valley Red Blend, combining Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo, and single-varietal Tempranillos from Stagecoach Vineyards .
