Lost River Winery

Lost River Winery is a boutique, family-owned winery established in 2002 in the upper Methow Valley of Washington State. Nestled in the scenic town of Winthrop, the winery benefits from the unique "rain shadow" effect of the North Cascade Mountains, resulting in hot, dry summers ideal for viticulture. The winery produces a diverse range of wines, including proprietary blends like Cedarosa, Community Red, Western Red, Massif, Leeward, Salish Sea, Rainshadow, and Cote-Wall, as well as varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Viognier, and Sauvignon Blanc. In 2022, Rick and Joanne Coursey acquired the winery, bringing with them extensive backgrounds in wine and hospitality, and a commitment to continuing the winery's tradition of excellence. The winery's tasting room offers visitors a cozy atmosphere to sample wines, complemented by a sunny patio for relaxation. Lost River Winery is dedicated to demystifying wine and bringing joy to tables through their meticulously crafted selections.
