Complant Chardonnay Linda Vista Vineyard Napa Valley CA 2022

Complant is the project of Napa star Dan Baron (of Silver Oak, Dominus fame) working alongside his son Sam. This Chardonnay is sourced from Linda Vista Vineyard (the home estate of Steve Matthiasson), one of the top Chardonnay vineyards in Napa. The hallmarks of the Complant range are on full show here: vibrant fruit, a sense of balance and excellent value for money. 

Tasting Notes: This Chardonnay presents a straw-yellow hue with aromas of white alyssum flowers, lemon curd, and a hint of minerality. On the palate, it offers vibrant acidity balanced by a luscious creaminess, culminating in a clean finish with lingering minerality.

Composition: 100% Chardonnay

Pair with: Grilled Herb-Crusted Chicken, Seared Scallops with Lemon Butter, Roasted Butternut Squash Risotto
