Copia Vineyards and Winery

Copia Vineyards and Winery, situated in the heart of Paso Robles, California, is the realization of Varinder and Anita Sahi's shared passion for wine and hospitality. Established in 2017, Copia focuses on crafting elegant Rhône and Bordeaux varietal wines that reflect the unique terroir of their estate vineyards. The winery encompasses two primary estates: the Willow Creek Estate and the Adelaida District Estate. The Willow Creek Estate, spanning 50 acres, was planted in 2019 and features steep slopes, marine influences, and calcareous soils, providing an ideal environment for grape cultivation. With nearly 40,000 vines across 22 distinct blocks, this estate is dedicated to organic farming practices and achieved Sustainability in Practice (SIP) Certification in 2020. In 2022, Copia expanded to include the 26-acre Adelaida District Estate, with plans for further development to enhance their vineyard diversity. Copia's commitment to quality is evident in their meticulous vineyard management and winemaking techniques. They produce a range of wines, including "The Story," a Grenache-dominant blend known for its aromatic complexity and balance, and "The Source," a Syrah blend celebrated for its rich flavors and silky tannins. These wines have garnered critical acclaim, with high ratings from Wine Enthusiast and James Suckling. Visitors to Copia Vineyards can enjoy curated tasting experiences that showcase the winery's dedication to excellence. The tasting room offers panoramic views of the rolling hills of Paso Robles' Westside, providing an inviting atmosphere to explore their wines.
