Cielo Family

Villa degli Olmi is a family-owned winery located in the heart of the Veneto region, at the foot of the Berici Hills. For four generations, the family has been dedicated to viticulture, cultivating approximately 70 hectares of vineyards across the provinces of Vicenza and Padua. Their vineyards are thoughtfully situated on diverse soil types, including limestone-clay, calcareous-marl, arenaceous, clay, and pebbly terrains. This strategic selection enhances the unique characteristics of each wine produced. The winery specializes in cultivating indigenous grape varieties such as Glera, used to produce their distinguished Prosecco DOC, as well as international varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Pinot Grigio.
