With over a decade of winemaking experience, joined Gordon Estate in 2017. His journey began in 2007 at Matthews Winery in Woodinville, Washington. He further honed his craft at DiStefano Winery and Barons V, before moving to Walla Walla in 2012 to work with Christian Lesommer of Chateau Latour and Chateau d’Yquem fame. De la Luz also collaborated with Chris Camarda of Andrew Will Winery during his tenure at Walla Walla Faces. At Gordon Estate, he partners with founder Jeff Gordon to produce premium wines that embody the essence of their estate vineyards.
