There, she earned degrees in viticulture and oenology, honing her skills at esteemed estates such as Château Haut-Brion and Domaine Stéphane Ogier. In 2004, Bibiana brought her expertise to California, where she worked with notable wineries before establishing Cattleya Wines in 2012. Her approach is deeply rooted in a hands-on philosophy, meticulously overseeing every stage from vineyard selection to bottling. This dedication ensures that each wine embodies the distinct characteristics of its terroir while showcasing Bibiana's commitment to crafting wines of exceptional quality and expression.
